We are Carlos, Laura and Carmen,
three students in the last year of Sport Sciences degree at the University of
Alicante (Spain). We are enthusiasts of sport and healthy habits, and we want
to transmit that enthusiasm to all our followers in this blog.
This blog
is adres sed to that people who lives a busy lifestyle due to work, studies
or any other reasons, and they have difficulties to find time to do physical
activity but they are willing to change their lifestyle. We also encourage to
follow us to the people who had never thought about that option, because they
will reconsider it!
Our objective is to help all that people to have an active lifestyle, improving in that way their quality of life
and reducing the risk of suffering osteoarticular injuries or cardiovascular
diseases, among others. Furthermore, we will help them to discover that an
active lifestyle is much funnier!
All that, we are going to carry out by
publishing weekly posts about different issues, such as exercise routines,
stretching exercises, tips for daily life, nutrition and recipes, and more
things! We encourage you to follow us and put into practice our advice!
