5-MINUTE WORKOUT

Do you have 5 free minutes? Then you have time to work out!

In this post we are going to show a battery of exercises that only last 5 minutes, so time will not be an excuse anymore!

Do not think it is a waste of time, moving 5 minutes a day is better than total inactivity. Being positive, you can get 35 minutes of activity a week. Besides, repeating this routine twice or three times a day, you can achieve at least 70 minutes of physical activity, which are great numbers in a beginner.

The routine involves mobility exercises, body weight strength exercises, aerobic movements and stretching exercises. Due to the short duration of the whole workout, it is not ready to cause adaptations in well-trained individuals. Anyway, your joints will thank you your performance after a long work day.

    me parece genial lo que nos enseñas y los beneficios para nuestro cuerpo,no cuestan nada hacerlo a diario.
