The feeling of wellbeing allows us to give our best and work effectively to contribute to society, but sometimes we are in a comfort zone and that is hard to change. How do we  change our habits to feel better? Here we give you sime tips:

1. Be positive
2. Do it for yourself
3. Set specifics goals. For example: “I will walk 30 min everyday”, and not: “I will go for a walk someday a week”.

By other side, we have talked in previous posts about the many benefits of physical exercise. Here you have a list of 10 items.
1.    Reduces postural descompensation.
2.    Decreases blood pressure
3.   Decreases percentage of fat.
4.    Decreases colesterol
5.    Decreases obesity
6.    Stimulates the regulation of blood glucose
7.    Improves integrity and osseous stability.
8.    Stimulates cardiorespiratory system
9.    Strengthens the immune system, reduces the risk to suffering some diseases like cancer or hearth diseases.
10.  Improves the neuromuscular system.

Total well-being is conditioned by various factors, as we have already explained. Now, let's focus on controlling stress.

ü  THE STRESS.
The stress is a factor that influences some diseases as anxiety or depression.
Cortisol is one of the main hormones related to stress. It helps to regulate blood pressure,
hours of sleep, mood or cholesterol, but each person is different and there isn’t a recipe
that makes you healthy forever.

You must see what things hurt you, things that depress you, that don’t like.. and start taking small steps in search of individual improvements.

REMEMBER: WE DON’T WANT TO CHANGE FOR SOCIETY, WE WANT INDIVIDUAL IMPROVEMENTS. WE WANT THE HEALTH.

Sport helps us reducing stress in two different ways:

1. The psychological dimension: The practice of physical activities produces a distraction from stressful events or situations (We forget the worries).

2. The physiological dimension: The practice of physical exercise stimulates the secretion of endorphins, which helps us to have a greater sense of well-being.

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • We recommend practicing regulary and continuosusly exercise. That way, we will create a healthy lifestyle and our routine. This will make us feel good with ourselves.
  • Perform the exercise in groups and in open spaces.
  • Perform the exercise with music that make you get away from bad thoughts or sensations (We are seeking to evade the worries)
🔺 We attach a power point, when the main characteristics and benefits of physical activities selected  for stress reduction appear.
I hope you find it useful, and that I encourage you to join this movement of active life !

Saludos !:)
