In this
post we are going to show you an easy but effective routine you can perform at
home and it will only take you less than 10 minutes!

To perform
the routine, we recommend to do 2 rounds of the routine we show in the video.
Do 20-30” of each exercise and 20-30” of rest. Rest 1 or 2 minutes between one
round and the other.
If any
exercise is difficult for you, especially the dynamic ones (exercises 5, 7 and
8) repeat the basic ones instead of them. In the same way, if the working time is
too much for you, reduce it to 10-15” but maintaining the 20-30” of rest.
