STRETCHES TO RELAX THE MUSCLE TENSION


As you know, we care about you.

During the work adn study time, we adopt positions in which we accumulate a lot of tension or adopt bad postures that cause us pain and muscle damage.

In this post, we are going to leave a video with a battery of specific stretches to regain muscle tensions specially in the cervical and upper body.

The muscles involved are the following:



1. SCALENOS

2. SPLENIOS

3. ESTERNOCLEIDOMASTOIDEO

4.SCAPULA ELEVATORS

5. TRAPEZE
