If you
don’t like the idea of lying on the floor at home to perform the exercises we
proposed, or you don't have time enough to do it, now we bring you an alternative: Core training at your workplace.
You will
not have to lie down, because all the exercises we propose are suitable to do
at the office chair. Of course, they are less effective than those ones we
explained on the previous post, but less is doing nothing!
The ideal
thing will be combining both routines: doing at the workplace the exercises we
are going to explain in this article, and at home those ones we proposed in the
last post.
