In previous publications, we have already talked about the importance of moving, even if the workout only last 5 minutes. If you have not read it yet, check this link out and do not miss any information.

In this post we are going to show a battery of exercises that only last 5 minutes. So lack of time will not be an excuse anymore!

This time, it will be specialised in stretching exercises. They are very important to add to our lifestyle, so musculoskeletal system pain will be reduced. We will also get improvements in the joints health and in the range of movement. So do not wait any longer!
