1. SALT
Less salt, its more healthy.
The World Organization recommends taking 5g of salt a day.
Salt, produces fluid retention and in turn, this increases the blood pressure on the arteries.
ADVICE !
- Don't consume salt and replace it with spices
- If you use, consume salt low in sodium (0% sodium)
- Consume Celtic Salt or Himalaya Salt
2. SWEETENERS
Preferably use natural products such as honey.
If we do not have honey, then we can use Stevia. Is a good option.
We continue with saccharine, sucralose and spartame.
And finally .. THE SUGAR !
3. CARBOHYDRATES
You must take the lower IG (glycemic index) and simple carbohydrates rather than the complex and high glucemic index ones.
- Pasta, better to eat it whole and al dente.
