SUPER MOMS


Many women, when they have a baby, forget their previous life and dedicate themselves exclusively to their baby. 



Taking care of your new baby is a great thing, it has been 9 months inside you and it's a part of you. 


The feeling of being a mother is very difficult to explain, but the joy and love that you feel can be seen from miles away ! 


There are a large number of women who, after the first months of giving after are unable to regain the physical shape they had before pregnancy. 



But the lack of time, motherhood, work... ARE EXCUSES ! 


As we always we remind you, IF YOU WANT, YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT. 


There are super moms who, while at home taking care of their babies or cleaning , play and exercise with their child!

This seems fantastic to me, because we exercise without excuses while transmitting to our children the importancee of having good habits and healthy lifestyle. 




THERE IS NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE FOR OUR SUPER MOMS !

  5. Hace 2 meses fui mami, y la verdad que quieras o no, siempre nos dejamos un poquico porque le dedicamos todo el tiempo a la baby. Pero conforme leía éste post, me he ido motivando y la verda voy a empezar a coger mejores hábitos y dedicarme un poco más de tiempo en los raticos que tenga. Muchas gracias! Me ha parecido súper interesante
