HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO EXERCISE AT WORK?

As we have discuss in previous post, the sedentary lifestyle at work plus the lack of physical exercise in our personal life, has increased the health problems. 

For employers, the worker's health is very important. A good working enviroment stimulate relationships between colleagues, interpersonal fluency, communication, etc..

In recent years, the introduction of exercise programs within companies has been carried out as a health promotion tool.

If we manage to improve the welfare state of the people, there will also be a change in their mood and health habits. 

All of this, combined with weight loss when integrating other exercise and nutrition programs, can be the solution to improve productivity, have workers who perform better and are more satisfied in the workplace. I addition there are studies that have shown that these programs manage to reduce work absenteeism and / or absences and the risk of suffering from noncommunicable diseases such as heart disease, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol.. 


Is not necessary to have a proper gym within the company, or large materials. Simply by enabling a large room, making exercise shifts and programs of 20-30 min it will improve health, welfare and productivity at work.
